Simply select your preferred temperature - 2700K or 3000K. While the temperature you ultimately use will of course depend on your space and your other lighting, we recommend you consider:

2700K for bedrooms, living rooms or other areas where you want to relax
3000K for kitchens, laundries and other areas where you are after a little more light.
